Madeline is a Certified Life and Career Coach, Author, Speaker and Trainer who has empowered many in their life and career navigation. "Live a life bigger than ourselves" is her motto and it is her mission to inspire others to live out their destiny. She is living a life bigger than herself now as a woman of many hats… juggling multiple roles as a wife, daughter, mother to three sons, sister, friend, colleague, cell group leader, an intercessor, a mentor, coach, community leader and a helpline to many.
A high-flyer in the banking industry, Madeline took the leap of faith to give up her six-digit annual income job and founded YASIGE Coaching to pursue what God has placed in her heart 24 years ago, to tell everyone she meets that “You Are Special in God’s Eyes” and that they have a great destiny in Him!
After receiving God’s calling, even though Madeline’s first job was a banker, she saw herself moving from being a banker to a customer service officer, then a compliance manager, trainer, career coach, learning & development specialist, and eventually a certified Life & Career Coach. What she experienced in the past helped shape her into what she is today, where she shares many valuable life lessons, challenges and testimonies with others. She learnt that our work/career is more than what we want to do or to achieve. God has a higher plan for us and He wants to bring us to the place where He has meant for us to be.
